Do not order from companies using this service.

My parcel has been with Buffalo International Logistics for almost a month now. 2 weeks ago they informed me it will be delivered within 48 hours. Still no delivery. No waybill number or reference provided, so I cannot track it. Calls to them are dropped while on hold.
