Ditch Buffalo Couriers as a service company

Unfortunately Shein orders use Buffalo. I wish they will ditch them as I am currently having a bad experience with the customer care. Hence the name customer care (no willingness to assist). The online chat gets halfway with the chat and then decides to end the chat when they feel they do no longer wish to care about your issue. I have been trying to two days now to have a parcel delivered to the correct address as per my order, yet someone there decides to change the address to somewhere else and the parcel gets sent back. Still cannot get hold of anyone. Three calls later, 5 online chats, 3 emails to the support team, 1 online query form submitted but yet no assistance and still no parcel. The company should get better staff with the willingness to assist and work. Clearly they have the incorrect people working for them.
