Dissatisfying service from Buffalo Logistics

Not happy with their service at all. They first lost my parcel then when the replacement parcel was sent, they took 2 more months to send it to me. I even paid twice for the parcel tax which was supose to be even insured but dololo my parcel. When you call they will tell you they will investigate and call you back, unfortunately u will wait forever. The only competent person in there is a gentleman called Sam Mahlangu Monitor Agent (Arctoclox) thank God 4 him or else I will still be frustrated.
