Dissatisfied with service delivery 👎🏼❌

I am not happy with the service from Buffalo Logistics drivers. I was told on Monday that my package will take 24 to 48 hours to arrive and it’s already Thursday. On Wednesday I called twice and I was told the package is with the drivers. Today I call again and I am told the package is at the warehouse and has been marked “urgent” but was not picked by the drivers. This is a long wait and I am very dissatisfied. Kindly resolve urgently.
