Dissappointed.

POOR service , my order is stuck with them, last update was 22/12/22, ' order with third party' ...order was supposed to have been delivered by 30/12/22, no communication ,nothing ,same as Shein no direct channel to submit this concerns. I will not buy from them again, Just waiting for my order 'hopefully' then i delete this useless shein app.
