Dissapointing Service

I ordered a parcel from banggood on 25 October. I received confirmation that the parcel was delivered today. When i called the Buffalo Logistics customer care line, they confirmed that the parcel was signed for. I did not sign for this parcel, i asked around and no one in the complex has signed for it either.

How can they let a stranger sign for a parcel? Very upsetting and frustrating service as i paid for an item that is now ******.
