Dissapointed client

I have ordered sone items ar Temu my parcel reached buffalo i hv paid for the invoice and taxes.On 17 february 2026 i received an ema that my parcel was delivered and signed for mind you i was in hospital they never even called me on my phone.I emailed them after enquiring from my family about my parcel cos none of them received it.Ive been sending emailings to them they said they will escalate my case til now.And i hv ordered ceiling board light i hvnt finished my room becauseof them,they also refusing to give me drivers details cos i needed to investigate the case myself its my proffession still they refusing.Buffalo i need my money back and get rid of all your investigators cos its clear that they dont know wat they doing.I need tracker records for that driver who claimed i got my parcel..And its was my last time ordering online.
