DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER

A 1 rating is too high. I just spoke to the most disrespectful manager I have ever dealt with, and I am also in customer service. I have been waiting for 1 month for my parcel, and after calls being made 3-4 times a week I now get a manager that calls me that literally spoke over me, tried to shut me up and was just as rude as anything. When you are in customer service, you can not behave as if you resolve all issues - WHICH SHE TOLD ME when I requested for a manager details. I need someone to higher then Renett to call me as I have been given an ultimatum. I also want a recording of the conversation so it can be heard how disrespectful she was.
