Disrespectful Driver

My parcel was just delivered...Its not the first time that this same driver calls and expects me to come out of my meeting to collect outside in the street (once I went out in the pouring rain)... When he called me his contact read a Robert Ndlovu ***. Yes, my delivery address is my work address because I don't have anyone at home during the day. If I'm not in a meeting I don't mind going to meet him outside as I have before. But in essence, he should deliver to our Office (Reception) as all other courier companies do. Our office building has a buzzer outside next to the door and our company is on the second floor...there is always someone to let him in and sign for the package... In addition he is utterly rude/disrespectful and I honestly believe he will ruin Buffalo's reputation...His excuse is that he called me and I did not answer. I called him back as soon as I could and on the phone he was already rude not to even mention when I got outside. I work for an international company and I deal with numerous courier companies and non with staff of his demeanor. I hope I never have to deal with him again. Buffalo should should invest in customer service training.
