Disrespectful Delivery Drivers

On two separate occasions, delivery drivers have been exceptionally rude and have thrown my packages on the floor at the feet of the people I kindly asked to collect my packages. The drivers state that “they have dashboard cameras and therefore have proof” to try scare me into not escalating this matter, however, there is no “proof” of them handing the packages over as it did not occur. The packages were in fact thrown. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and just rude. If this is the standard of Buffalo Drivers, it is clear that they are not being held accountable for their actions by management. If my packages were damaged, who would be held accountable? This is not the way to treat any customer anywhere.
