"Dispatching - out for delivery" order.

Buffalo and lack of communication. What an *********** company. Since from Yesterday morning my tracking status had been on "Dispatching - Out for delivery", I waited all day but I didn't receive my order. Now it's Sunday they don't deliver, and Monday (16th) it's a public holiday. I tried emailing them (they send me an automated response), WhatsApp them (No help), calling them (told me to call the driver directly). Mind you I don't have any driver's information. I'm beyond disappointed and mad because I don't know where is my package and when exactly can I expect it. Mxm.
