How is this possible? You never even contacted the client. Now, I have been trying to call you on the number on the website since yesterday but no-one answers, the line just drops after 3 minutes.

I note on your website that you have screen shots from Hellopeter about 5 star good service. There are 1086 reviews of your business on Hellopeter, 950 gave you one star and only 97 gave you 5 stars. It must have taken you ages to find those 5 star reviews you posted on your website.
