A Shein Order was place on the 26th of March 2024, the order was shipped on the 31 March 2024 to South Africa. A Customs tax levy for Order BUFZA***YQ was paid simultaneously on the 31 March 2024. Since the 1 April 2024 the order has been sitting at Customs, Buffalo Logistics failed to provide any updates on the cause of the delay. The order BUFZA***YQ has been stationed at the Airport as from 1 April 2024 to the current date 5 April 2024. There have been numerous complaints lodged online by customers against the Logistics Company due to the continued inconvenience caused by the delay and failure by the company to institute alternative processes to ensure prompt delivery is made to customers. The delivery of my BUFZA***YQ order is way overdue.
