Dishonesty from buffalo employees

Buffalo is the worst ever. Logged my SHEIN return on 25/04/24 but my parcel hasn’t been picked. Some lady called me last week and said they are on their way to fetch the parcel but they did not show up. I called them again today and said they will come fetch them, but they have not pitched. This is the worst service ever and wear makes it more aggravating is the lies your staff tells when they say they are coming to fetch the parcel but they don’t bother. Tracking number - BUFEX***YQ
