Dishonesty

Apparently they can't get hold me meanwhile I haven't received any call from them. They have eventually took my order back to their depot. Sent them an email, no response. Phoned them, literally just a voice note refering you to their WhatsApp. WhatsApp them, no response. On my tracking site, they experience a problem with my order so they are keeping it. I need their body where one can formally complain.
