Dishonest status update on a Shein return. Parcel not picked up, but status says it is in for quality check at the warehouse.

This is the worst courier company I have ever used. For the past two weeks I have been waiting for a Shein parcel to be picked up for a return. I called numerous times, and they constantly investigating. Yet the status says the parcel is being taken for quality check at the warehouse.
