Dishonest service provider

Buffalo's customer service leaves much to be desired. I recently made a purchase from Temu and the tax they charged was more than 50% of the value of the items. I tried enquiring about their calculations and they revert back to the supplier. The supplier then reverts to Buffalo. It is an endless back and forth with them without proper answers or explanations. A colleague had a similar experience where she had two shipments from Temu by different courier companies. The parcels had similar items and similar prices however the tax she paid with Buffalo was much higher than with Fastway. Despite their compliance with the import taxes and duty with SARS, it is clear that they are charging exhorbitant fees in an effort to make up for their shipping fees which is offered free of charge from Temu. While we know there have been some tax changes implemented over the past couple of months by SARS, that still does not justify their fees.
