Had very good service from Buffalo with previous orders, but have received exorbitant import invoices from them the last 2-3 orders. My last one was R731 tax on R1300 order - more than 50%, and this was before the increased clothing tax in July (the order was earlier in June).

They refuse to share my customs breakdown invoice to show the true handling costs, or to correct the situation, so seem to be very much ripping us off now, which isn't honest or fair. It seems very dishonest and deceptive. Still waiting for this to be rectified.
