Dishonest Buffalo Logistics

Buffalo Logistics In South Africa are a dishonest company. They frequently allege that they have tried to make a delivery (usually they say the attempt was made 3 times) and thereafter demand/attempt to ****** R56.00 - to effect a further delivery - when in fact no delivery was ever attempted - and certainly not 3 times as they allege. Do not feed that monster. Allow the imported goods to be sent back and claim a refund - so suppliers eventually stop using Buffalo Logistics. There is no - one locally to address this complaint - just a disinterested call centre.
