Disgusting Service from Buffalo Customer Service!!

I am appalled and disgusted at the level of service I have received from Buffalo Logistics. I had ordered just in time in November from Shein so that my kids have Christmas clothes this Christmas. My parcel had arrived in Cape Town facilities long time ago over there seemed to be some sort of 'delay'. Meanwhile people that had ordered after me with a delivery address nearby mine had gotten their order before me who had ordered long time ago. I sent an email, and they did not respond to my email. I called this morning and I spoke to a lady who advised me that this has been escalated I told her that I wanted to open a complaint and she advised me that the matter has been escalated and that if I am dissatisfied with the service, there is HelloPeter for that. Well, Here I am on HelloPeter because she advised me to, and I had no idea about this wonderful site called HelloPeter for unhappy customers that Buffalo Customer Service agents clearly refer their customer's here. We pay customs in time and without hassle and for us to get such poor customer service in return as absolutely appalling. Shein should just stop working with this poor company.
