Disgusting service

If I could I would give no stars to this *********** and unreliable courier company. Absolutely disgusting service to say the least. Customer service doesn't answer your call after almost 15 mins waiting for them to even pick up the person is beyond rude. How do you not deliver parcels that customs have been paid cleared for and is sitting in your warehouse. And then too your customer center people are so so rude. Never want to deal with this horrible company again
