Disgusting service

have been waiting for my package for over a week now, and the delivery process has been extremely frustrating.

The driver repeatedly arrives at the address around 5 PM, yet the delivery address is a primary school. Which primary school operates until 5 PM?

Yesterday, I made clear arrangements for the package to be delivered before 2 PM today. I am usually in this area until 3 PM as I work here, so there is more than enough time for the delivery to be completed during the day.

Despite this, I received a notification at 7:17 AM stating that the package was returned because I allegedly did not answer the driver’s call. I did not receive any call. My phone is always on and never on silent.

Furthermore, according to the tracking information, the package was dispatched from Kempton Park at 6:45 AM and supposedly reached Diepsloot by 7:17 AM. This is highly questionable. The distance between Kempton Park and Diepsloot is approximately 43km, which makes it extremely unlikely for the driver to have travelled that distance within about 30 minutes during normal traffic conditions.

This strongly suggests that the delivery was not actually attempted and that the update recorded in the system is inaccurate.
