Disgusting service by delivery crew

If it was possible to give zero stars , I would . The driver came unannounced and insisted we were notified before delivery .The only message we received was that the parcel would be delivered within 48 hours ( as if we were expected to sit at home watching the gate for the next 2 days) . When the driver came , I politely explained that we didnt know he was there with the delivery so we didnt come up to check when we heard hooting(no phone calls or messages to say he was there) . His rude reply was , "You was told about the delivery " .After maybe a minute of speaking , he literally threw the parcel over the gate , jumped into his vehicle and drove off . Didnt even know if there were any fragile items inside . If it were up to me ,I would never use the services of this company .Delivery crew have no sense of pride and decency , not even slightly concerned that they are disrespecting a paying customer by Throwing their brand new items onto the floor (possibly damaging it) .
