Disgusting service

This is the worst logical company to deal with . My parcel had been ready for dispatch for over a week. I phoned them they said it would be delivered on Thursday but no later than Friday. Its saturday and still no parcel . Phone them they have a WhatsApp group to speedely assist. Even worse. They dont reply to your query. Never recomend or will i use them again. Disgusting ******* service . They should be banned from SA
