Disgusting Service

I requested a return of my Shein order over a month ago and the parcel is still not collected from me. I made numerous calls to their call centre and everyone kept saying they will escalate. To date the parcel is still not collected. When I track on their website it says "Nothing to collect as per client" I'm not sure which client they spoke to as I was never contacted and didn't speak to any driver.
