Disgusting, poor service

This service is absolutely disgusting, the employees are rude , they messed me around for 2 weeks , they told me to come collect my parcel and I showed up both times and they didn’t have my parcel I drove an hour out both times abs wasted petrol , they promised to deliver to me but never did they are incredibly terrible , I’m so dissatisfied with their service even considering taking them to carts Blanche this is not how a business should operate and when I came to collect I wasn’t the only one struggling with them , I waited for 5 hours with nothing. The waisted my time and prioritized other people over me even though I had been waiting so long
