Disgusting non-service

I received a parcel from Shein that contained unacceptable items - clothing that was very different to the online pictures, so I logged a return and Buffalo was supposed to collect it. It has been over 6 weeks now and they still haven't collected it. You cannot get anywhere with queries, because you never get to speak to a person - you only ever get computer generated replies, and that is from every single avenue for contact that they give you. Shein and Buffalo together are nothing but a big ****. It is disgusting.
