Disgusting customer service

I have never dealt with such an *********** company. My parcel is late, and the driver never called me once! On your system it says, “Vehicle issue”, “Tel no answer” HOWEVER do you think I received any form of communication from the driver or your agents that was supposed to call me? This is the first and last time dealing with such an *********** company!
