Disgusting and dodgey

Absolutely shocking !! After not being informed that the driver was on his way, he arrived at my house and messaged me to say he had arrived, I told him I did not know he was coming so I hadn't arranged someone to be home. I asked him if he could deliver later that day or the next day and he responded with "im not this side later but you can fetch from my house..." and even sent me his address to his personal home. This is disturbing, dodgey and just extremely unprofessional. We pay for delivery and for a driver to have the mindset to say that is disgusting. I phoned Buffalo to complain and they just said send an email, i said no I would like to deal with ah uman so my concern and disgust can be dealt with, no help. I have sent 8 emails now and not a single reply ......

I will continue to spread teh word of my shocking experince over and over untilI get some sort o human decency from this company.
