Disgusted at the lack of care and service

O my word, where do I even begin to tell the world how useless and utterly pathetic they are.... you cannot complain about service when there isn't even a service to be offered, their call centre lies through their teeth!!!! I have called numerous times a day, and each time a different agent gives me new lie.... and as for their so called Supervisor Alex that is never around and will always call you back... still waiting for him since last Thursday and this morning again.... I have been expecting a delivery since Monday, and every day it just gets moved on!!! And when you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, no one is ever around, no wander they can all lie and do as they please, there is never supervision. And the audacity of the consultant yesterday to tell me she has had no response from me when I asked for a manager, she said she is putting the phone down in my ear!!!! There is no customer service, and if I hear the words " I am sorry " once more, I will vomit!!!! You guys certainly live up to the service rating on hello peter and the comments..... because that 1 star we give is even to much for your pathetic selves!!! I would be ashamed to be associated or working for Buffalo!!!!!
