Disgusted

I was told on the 3rd December that my delivery will take 10-15 days. It is the 30th December and I still don't have a parcel. When you ask about it, it says there is a 5-10 delay. Really? This was a birthday gift for the 18th December. I hope I get it for EASTER at the rate its going. You need to decode the updates on the website and it takes about 5 days or so for that to updated. Buffalo would definitely NOT be my choice of courier EVER!
