Disaster and **** delivers choose buffalo logistics they dissapoint with honor 🎖

What a disappointment disaster of a Company I have called them 14 times in one day with no answer not even once. I stay in a complex and usually they whatsapp or phone me when they are there. Not this time I got an message on the 14 Dec 2021 saying it will be delivered today. Waited the entire day with bo courier showing up. Then got an email saying that I was not home and there was no number...now they have delivered here previously 4 times with this same address and contact number with no problem.

The on the 17th I get a sms saying I have to pay R150.00 for second delivery fuming of discuss for this company and how it is being managed I pay the R150.00

After and hour I get another email saying the courier was at my house is wasn't there and there was no number.

I am discussed and appalled by your lies and how you try and make money with **** delivers I have the drivers name as per sms sayi g he would be delivering...he never showed I had the entire complex on edge looking out for the couriers.

I need feedback to what I need to do. I have called emailed sms'd whatsapped nothing there is no way to get hold of this Company ?
