Disappointment with Delivery Service by Buffalo

With Buffalo, it always seems like something is going wrong—whether it’s a late package, broken transport, or some other issue. I usually expect my orders to be delivered door to door, but with my last package, the driver called me at 11:30 AM and said he was at the police station. He expected me to fetch the parcel from there, which is kilometers away, and mentioned that he’d be leaving by 12:00 PM. How is this door-to-door delivery if I have to go pick it up at a police station? What if I didn’t have transport? Walking there would take me nearly 1.5 hours. This kind of service is incredibly disappointing.
