Disappointing services

Yoh this company🚮🚮. I ordered from shein on the 1st of April, paid for my customs fee and everything was okay. Until my parcel got to buffalo couriers in Polokwane. Did the driver not lie and said they have attempted to deliver the parcel three times. The first time he attempted to deliver was at 9pm in the evening, the second time was at 11pm in the evening, which makes zero sense because he did not even bother to contact me, it’s as if I was supposed to wait at the gate for the entire day for him. I’m really disappointed in this company and I wish that shein would stop using them to courier our parcel. To this day, I haven’t gotten a single response or contact from them, I have been emailing and calling, NOTHING!! I don’t even mind paying for the second delivery even though your courier driver **** about attempting to deliver the parcel.
