Disappointing services

I am highly disappointed in this company. I have been waiting for my parcel since the 26th of January and I have not received any communication or updates with regards to this. I have been calling them consistently since the 26th and I always have to wait for over 30min in order to speak to a consultant. Even when I do speak to a consultant they tell me different stories and excuses of where my parcel is and when I will receive it. when I complained about these different stories they are telling me, I was told management would call me which they never did. I had to chase and call multiple times again until I was told my parcel is lost and now I have to chase after Buffalo everyday for the letter stating my parcel is lost and they keep saying I’ll receive it before the end of the day yet I still have not received it. They are very ***********, have poor service and bad communication with their customers. It’s truly disappointing
