Disappointing service - package never gets delivered

I ordered Christmas gifts on Temu on 3rd December 2024 and have yet to receive it. The tracking updates tell me it’s in transit… but it never gets delivered. No one calls me to let me know they are making the delivery.

Now the update says that I’ve requested a different date which is a lie!! They keep you holding on the phone for 30 mins and their consultants have no information to give you. I’m extremely frustrated and I can’t ask Temu for a refund because the tracking shows as “in transit”. Extremely unhappy as these were gifts that I was supposed give in December and it’s mid-January already.
