Disappointing Service and late parcel delivery

Utterly disappointed in the service of Buffalo International logistics. My parcel was set to arrive between the 19th -23rd of September and it has not arrived yet being it the 6th of October. The method of delivery was also changed without my consent from direct delivery to Paxi to a location outside of my resident area. There has been no communication regarding the whereabouts of my package and tracking info was last updated on the 9th of September. Telephonic calls are never answered, emails have not been responded to and whatsapp contact service provides no assistance.

Buffalo international logistics have made my online shopping experience very demotivating and I would not recommend this company to anyone as a delivery service.
