Disappointing service

I’m extremely disappointed with the inconsistent communication and poor service. I was given three different delivery dates within 24 hours—first Thursday, then Friday, and now I’ve been told it will only be delivered next week Thursday.

I updated my contact number yesterday, and yet the system still seems unable to reflect this simple change. As someone who works in the courier industry, I find it unacceptable that a basic update takes 48 hours to process.

The lack of clear, reliable feedback has been incredibly frustrating.
