Disappointing Service

I recently had a very disappointing experience with their third party partners, Skynet Worldwide Express ( specifically the Rustenburg branch). I had a parcel scheduled for delivery, but despite being marked as “out for delivery” for two days, it never arrived. This delay caused inconvenience and frustration, especially since I was expecting the parcel urgently.

The lack of communication and failure to meet the promised delivery timeframe reflect poorly on the reliability of Skynet’s services. I expect better service, especially considering the competitive nature of the delivery industry.

Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with my experience and will be exploring other delivery options in the future.
