Disappointing experience with Buffalo logistics!

I'm extremely disappointed with Buffalo Logistics, SHEIN's shipping partner. They failed to deliver my package, returning it to the warehouse without notice or attempt to contact me. Despite numerous emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I was met with complete silence. The tracking information was also inadequate, leaving me in the dark about my package's status. It's unacceptable that a logistics company can be so unresponsive and unaccountable. Overall, Buffalo Logistics' poor communication, inadequate tracking, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a partner to avoid.
