Disappointed with Service from Bufallo

Customer service has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Their phone lines are consistently breaking when I call. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday, and now it has passed, and I am very disappointed. They are now claiming that the delivery failed due to an incorrect address. How so?Mxm☹
