Disappointed Shein customer

Shein send my order to this company in order for them to deliver to my place,they emailed me the letter, saying that my order is missing and I must send it to Shein as they have insurance with Shein then Shein will send another order or refund me, their driver was ****** and now the company wants me to communicate with Shein, it's difficult to get hold of Shein, the email keeps on bouncing back says:The recipient ( *** ) has insufficient mailbox space and cannot receive your email.This is not my fault why must I communicate with Shein, they were supposed to let me know what happened and that they busy fixing the problem. I'm so disappointed not even sure if I'm going to be refunded.
