Disappointed in Buffalo Logistic Service Providing

Very bad service... Ordered from Shein on 17 Oct, paid tax on 21 Oct, resend POP to Buffalo on 24 Oct...phoned them om 24 Oct to see if they received POP, they answered "Yes, we have received it and it will take 2 - 5 days to be processed...phone them again today on 30 Oct and still they have not processed my POP...it has been 13 days since I ordered my parcel and 9 days after I paid Tax to Buffalo...their mailbox and voicemail is full, so they can not receive any correspondence...really, really disappointed!! I need the parcel on 2 Nov...otherwise I have to send it back since I have no need for it after 2 Nov...and tax was R448 on a R1060 parcel from Shein...
