Disappointed first time client

I am currently waiting for my order from shein then I received an sms saying there has been a misinformation and the order was returned but I should contact the courier, then me being a civilized citizen I contact Buffalo to get more information based on the message I got from the shein app. The lady who answered my call was very unfriendly and was shouting at me, my sin was I couldn't hear what she was saying and she shouted at me yhoo after the call I asked her if it's her company policy to shout at people who need explanation she said no it's a pity I forgot her name.
