Disappointed

I am sick and tiered for Buffalo Logistics, every time I buy from Shein, I struggle to pay them the way they want me to pay, online on their website, it did not work and then I made and EFT payment directly in their account . They said in took 2 working days for the payment to show but I paid then 11 April and send them a whats app and an email with the proof of payment. They did not react on the whats app and email, they still send me messages to pay the shipment otherwise they send my parcel back. This is the third time I had this problem with them. I phoned them, give them all the detail they want but receive no answer back about my parcell.
