Disappointed customer

I am so disappointed in that service given by Buffalo international logistics, I ordered clothes from Shein on the 5th of November and the estimated date for delivery was between the 24-27th of November, they sent an sms for custom duties and I paid them a week later, now my clothes haven’t been delivered yet, they have been stuck at the SA warehouse from the 19th of November, when I asked why, I was told I paid only 49c of the Custom duties ! When I try to send proof of payment and get help, they do not reply. Worst service ever, Shein should stop using them
