Disappointed by Buffalo driver

Received an email that my package was delivered but I didn't receive any driver is doing running around telling me that he will deliver but he does not deliver actually now he is ignoring my calls..i was supposed to get my package from Temu on the 27/07/2024 they didn't deliver that day the driver which I don't even know his name came to my house onthe 29/07/2024 around 14:49 asked him to come to my workplace which is 10min drive he agreed but didn't come called him after 40min he said I must wait at the gate waited for 30min still he didn't come tried to call him he didn't pick up my call the following day I called him in the morning twice he didn't pick up tried again he **** to me that he came but he didn't find me n he said he will deliver during the day but still no package now he is ignoring my calls ..his number is *** n I've read reviewers about their services it is poor now I'm experiencing it..my 1st order with Temu was delivered by another courier company so I thought it will be the same with the 2nd n still waiting for the 3rd which is still to be courier by Buffalo..I'm so frustrated. I think this will be my last order
