Disappointed and worried

I am so disappointed and worried Buffalo logistics has disappointed me shame,I called them about the delivery of my order wanting to change the address but they said my order will be delivered at the 10 May but nothing. Now am calling them they say my order will be delivered on Monday ay shame .I also do not know why they don't have an option for you to change an address.
