Disappointed and frustrated by Buffalo and Shein

Very disappointed with, I am expecting a delivery this week,late today I received an email and WhatsApp message saying that my package was delivered successfully because they couldn’t reach me on my phone which is a lie. I did not miss any call from them,now my package has returned to the warehouse
