Disappointed and Frustrated

I'm so disappointed with Buffalo, they've returned my package without even bothering o send an sms like they always do and the reason is very lame. I called their number *** and I happen to be number 490 on the call to be transferred, the call was cut off with no one assisting me. I've placed my order on the 29/11/2022 the same time with my colleague and she got hers but me nothing. I've even sent an email to them but no response
